Ramp Up is a program that will introduce you to the barbell & gymnastic movements you'll encounter in our group functional fitnss classes. We will explain the why behind our program, and how the gym works!
This program consists of 5 x 60min sessions where you will meet with a Coach and progress toward joining our group training programs or choose to do extended personal training.
Introduce you to basic CrossFit movements
Work with a Coach to start becoming your fittest self
Option to do extended personal training
Learn to move well and reduce injury risk
